Joanna Valdivieso is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, telecommunications, and real estate law. A member of the Caracas Bar Association since 2003.

​

The company, founded in 2016, initially focused on services for international recruitment for students before expanding into global talent. Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Law from Alejandro Humboldt University, a bachelor's degree in Law from Santa María University, and additional certifications in Human Rights and Constitutional Law from Monteávila University. She also holds a diploma in Canadian Immigration from LaSalle College in Montreal.

Her professional experience in Montreal, Canada includes roles as an Operations Manager at an international recruitment agency and as a Case Processing Manager for work permits at Canadim Immigration Law Firm among others. In Venezuela, she worked as in-house legal counsel for companies such as Kuanttum Consulting Engineers and Huawei Technologies de Venezuela SA and served as a Real Estate Attorney at Rent A House. She continues to provide legal counsel in real estate law.

 

She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and is currently studying Italian.
